When will I receive the license key?
Your license key is sent automatically by email once your payment has been successfully processed. In most cases, this takes only a few seconds (up to a few minutes). For alternative payment methods (such as bank transfers), your license key will be delivered after the payment is received and confirmed. If you don't receive your license key, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support.
What does my license cover?
Your license is personal—one user, unlimited devices. Install on Windows, macOS, or Linux, and use it on your laptop, desktop, or wherever you need it. Your license is tied to you, not your hardware.
Your license never expires. Even if you never renew, you keep using it forever.
Getting updates is optional:
- Year 1: Free updates included with your purchase
- Year 2+: Renew for new features and security updates
- Prefer your current version? No problem—keep using it without renewing

Because we offer a fully functional trial version, all sales are generally considered final.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis after a written request (email is sufficient), for example:
