Thank you for your interest in supplying your clients with our data modeling tools. We value our reseller relationships and look forward to long-term cooperation. This page covers everything you need to know about placing orders, applying your discount, handling invoices, and transferring licenses to your clients.
How to Place an Order
- Visit the pricing page and select the product and license type for your client.
- Enter your reseller coupon code at checkout to apply your discount.
- Complete the purchase through FastSpring — you will receive an invoice and a license key.
- Fill in the Reseller Request Form with your client's email address.
- We reassign the license to your client. You then forward the activation key to them.
We always sell the latest version of each product. The activation key your client receives can only be used to activate the purchased version — not older versions.
Payment Methods
We process all payments through FastSpring, the trusted Merchant of Record. Supported payment methods vary by country. In most regions the following are available:

We recommend paying by credit or debit card for the fastest processing and instant license key delivery. Purchase orders (POs) are not directly supported — card payment ensures the smoothest experience for you and your client.
Your Reseller Discount
You will receive a coupon code that determines your reseller discount. At checkout, enter the code in the Coupon Code field and click Apply — the total will be recalculated automatically. You will also see the discount amount on the right-hand side, along with an option to enter your VAT ID (or declare Tax Exempt status).

For EU-based companies, entering your VAT ID will recalculate the amount excluding VAT.

Billing & Invoicing
When you purchase a license on behalf of your client, you will receive a professional invoice from FastSpring — the Merchant of Record — containing FastSpring's billing address, tax ID, and applicable VAT details. This invoice is suitable for accounting and expense claims.
If you need to register FastSpring as a supplier in your finance system, visit the Checkout and Purchasing page on the FastSpring website. For billing or invoice queries, contact FastSpring support directly.
License Activation & End-User Transfer
When you purchase on behalf of a client, the license is initially assigned to your account. To transfer it to your client, please provide their email address using the form below. We will update our records and reassign the license to your client's email address. You can then forward the activation key to them.
We respect the reseller-client relationship and encourage long-term client retention for our partners. Your client's contact details are used only for license assignment.
Product Delivery
Installers for all products can be downloaded directly from the download section. Your client can download and install the software immediately — they just need the activation key to unlock their license.
Licensing Model & Renewals
Purchased renewals do not renew automatically. Your clients will never be charged without a new purchase. Full details about our licensing model — including what is covered during the update period — are available on the Licensing Model page.

How do I get a reseller discount?
Contact us to register as a reseller. We will send you a coupon code that you enter at checkout to apply your discount automatically.
Can I place a purchase order (PO)?
Purchase orders are not directly supported. We recommend paying by credit or debit card for fast processing and instant license key delivery.
Who receives the invoice?
You, the reseller, receive the invoice from FastSpring. The invoice includes FastSpring's billing address, tax ID, and VAT details — suitable for your accounting records.
How does my client activate their license?
After you submit the Reseller Request Form with your client's email, we reassign the license to their account. You then forward them the activation key. They download the installer from our download page and activate using the key.
Are there automatic renewals?
No. Your clients will never be charged without a new, explicit purchase.
What is the refund policy for resellers?
Our standard Return and Refund Policy applies. Because we offer a fully functional free trial, purchases are generally final. Refunds are considered case-by-case for accidental purchases or wrong product selection.
