It explains how to purchase licenses for Luna Modeler and our other products, how to add us as a supplier, and who to contact when you need a quote or have specific requirements.

You can evaluate every product first with a fully functional free trial, so your team confirms the fit before any money changes hands. After that, you have three ways to buy.

Three ways to buy

  1. Direct online — order from our pricing page. Payments are handled by FastSpring, our Merchant of Record, with card and other methods supported by region.
  2. Through a reseller — order through a software reseller your company already works with, such as SHI, SoftwareOne or LiquidPC. This often suits firms that need purchase orders or an approved-vendor route.
  3. By custom quote — contact our sales team for volume pricing, multi-year planning, or any requirement the standard checkout does not cover.

Buy through a reseller

Many larger companies prefer to purchase software through an established reseller, because the reseller is already an approved vendor in their finance system and can accept a purchase order. We work with leading global resellers, so you can order our products through the channel you already trust.

Generate a standard quote online

If your finance team needs a formal quote before they release a purchase, you can create a standard quote yourself. Open the pricing page, choose the products and quantities you need, and generate a quote document through the online store. The quote lists the items, the price, and the seller details, so you can attach it to your internal approval.

A standard quote covers the common case quickly, with no waiting on email. For anything beyond the standard terms, the sales team is one message away.

Payment & invoicing

We sell through FastSpring, a trusted Merchant of Record. FastSpring processes the payment, handles tax and VAT compliance, and issues a professional invoice for your records. Card payment gives the fastest processing and instant delivery of the license key. For purchase orders or bank transfers, the reseller route or a custom quote is usually the better fit.

Adding the supplier in your system

Need to register a new supplier before you can pay? Because FastSpring is our Merchant of Record, FastSpring is the official seller on the order, so the supplier you register is FastSpring. Tax forms such as W-9 or W-8, along with FastSpring's billing address, tax ID and bank details, are provided by FastSpring. You will find the required vendor details on the FastSpring Checkout and Purchasing page, and our Sales & Billing page explains how this works.

Licensing model & budgeting

Our licenses are perpetual, so a purchase keeps working after the update period ends. Renewals are optional and never automatic, which means your team is never charged without a new, approved purchase. That makes future costs easy to predict and easy to budget.

How do we get a quote?

For standard orders you can generate a quote yourself from the online store on the pricing page. For volume pricing or specific requirements, email sales@datensen.com and we will send a tailored quote.

Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?

Direct checkout is by card and other online methods. For a purchase order, the easiest route is to order through a reseller such as SHI, SoftwareOne or LiquidPC, who can accept your PO. We can also discuss options through a custom quote.

Can you provide a VAT or tax-exempt invoice?

Yes. Every order comes with a professional invoice from FastSpring that includes VAT details. EU companies can enter a VAT ID, and tax-exempt orders can be arranged. Contact sales@datensen.com if you need specific tax handling.

How are licenses delivered and renewed?

Licenses are delivered as activation keys, and installers are available on our download page. Licenses are perpetual and renewals are never automatic, so your costs stay predictable.
