Socket connection type for MySQL and MariaDB
Now you can select the Host or Socket connection type in Luna Modeler and define the appropriate values for MySQL or MariaDB databases.
Improved Schema Synchronization for Oracle and Other Databases
You can now compare your Luna Modeler project with an existing database and view all detected schema differences side-by-side - including changes to tables, columns, indexes, constraints, and more.
With just a single click, generate a schema synchronization SQL script to to keep your database and model in sync.
Compare and Sync for SQL Server and PostgreSQL
With Luna Modeler version 11, you can synchronize data models for all supported database platforms such as:
- Oracle Database,
- PostgreSQL,
- SQL Server,
- MySQL and other databases
Improved UI Performance
We optimized the UI to handle the synchronization of larger models more efficiently. Even small changes in the data model can impact many related objects due to dependencies, relationships etc.
The new version ensures faster response times when working with complex schemas - in addition to generating SQL scripts in the correct order and handling dependent objects.

Export Diagrams as Images
Creating a blog post, writing a tutorial, or updating your documentation? You can easily export your diagram as a PNG image and use it wherever you need. For best results, we recommend using one of the white themes to ensure clarity and readability.
Explorer for Organized Version Control
Manage multiple versions of your projects effortlessly. Save different versions of your projects with ease and keep related files - such as reports, generated SQL scripts, or PDF documents - neatly organized in folders.
