A quick note before you buy: Since you can try our software completely free before purchasing, please keep in mind that all digital sales are final. However, we are always reasonable - if you make a genuine mistake, just reach out to us.

Here are the official terms regarding your purchase:
All sales are final. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds.
We can however choose to refund you after a written inquiry by you on a voluntary basis.
For example, if you have accidentally purchased another product from our portfolio.

Free evaluation copies or trial versions of our software products are available at https://www.datensen.com to allow inspection of software features prior to purchase. For that reason, and as the software is intangible goods, you shall not be entitled to any refund, rebate or compensation, even if the software contains material flaws.
