In Luna Modeler, you can easily assign, remove or replace schema to tables, views, procedures, and other objects.

How to add a schema to objects
Click the Advanced button on the main toolbar and select Schema assignment

You can also right click the diagram area and choose Advanced -> Schema assignment from the context menu.

The Schema assignment form opens. Specify the Schema to assign value and click the Assign schema button.

How to remove a specific schema
To remove a specific schema, change the Assignment mode to Remove schema from objects, specify the Schema to remove value and click Remove schema.

How to replace a schema
To replace a specific schema, change the Assignment mode to Replace schema with another schema, specify the Schema to replace and Replace with values and click Replace schema.

Changing the schema from the Synchronization form
If you do not have a schema defined for objects in your data model and you perform a comparison with the database in order to update the project or generate a synchronization SQL script, more differences than necessary may be detected. This is because the schema is specified in the database but not in the project. To simplify comparison and synchronization, you can easily use the Schema Assignment feature. The form can be opened directly from the Synchronization modal dialog.

Setting the default schema for new objects
In order to avoid defining a schema for each new object, you can specify the default schema name in the Project properties in section Default values.
