General Information

We sell licenses for our data modeling tools through FastSpring, a third party payment processing service that operates as a Merchant of Record.
A Merchant of Record is an entity that sells goods or services to a customer and is the responsible party for the transaction.

Why FastSpring?

• Buying through FastSpring is simple and secure.
• Thanks to our cooperation with FastSpring, we can focus primarily on software development.
• For you, our customers, it is similar to buying a book in a bookstore. Usually you buy a book from a bookseller and not directly from the author. Similarly, you can purchase our data modeling tools from FastSpring.

Invoicing

If you purchase a license for any of our data modeling tools, you will receive an invoice from FastSpring with all the necessary information, including FastSpring’s billing address and tax ID number. If you need to setup FastSpring as a supplier, visit the FastSpring site and read the Checkout and Purchasing page.

Payment Methods

We recommend using a debit/credit card. This is the fastest payment method.

Licenses & License Keys

Once your order is processed and payment is made, a license key will be emailed to you. Processing your order, payment and sending the license key is usually a matter of seconds (minutes at most). If you choose another payment method, the license key will be sent to you after receiving your payment. Note: The main reason why license keys can be sent only after payment is received is automation and technical processing.

The activation key can only be used to activate the purchased version of the product, not to activate older versions. Always use the latest version that is available to you under your valid subscription. You can check your licenses and available versions on the My Account page.

It is prohibited to resell purchased licenses to other end-users, companies or institutions and/or share license key(s) with anyone. If you are a reseller, please read the information for resellers page and contact us.
